My pizzas were ready 40 minutes AFTER the PICKUP time on the app. The app - does it just auto-assign a 20-minute time for every pickup? Without the system taking in how many other orders have come in? That. Is. Ridiculous. Every order I’ve picked up using the app to order has said 20 minutes to pickup. Originally ordered food from another restaurant (not cottage inn) that was only a mile down the road from the Hampton Inn South where we are staying and they quoted us at 30 minutes after 45 called to let us know they didn't have a driver and wouldn't for 45 more minutes but would call us if their driver showed up before that we told them no thanks and placed an order at Cottage inn instead in less than 30 minutes we had very good food! I say they are hot am miss. I definitely see a lot of variation in the pizzas I buy here. As off late they seem to be struggling keeping trained staff as well. The last couple times I had to wait because they made my pizza wrong. They did make it right by refunding my money for the long wait.
