Placed order online needless to say order was received charged my account then order was cancelled, Cottage Inn was called so was my , received pizza order sub was gross , pizza was hot but not the bread sticks. Received mayo instead of Italian dressing.

Back to back times we’ve had trouble w this place getting our ordered delivered. Wait an hour, call, be told that it’ll be there any minute. Wait another 20 mins. Call again. And the pizza was just lost or supposedly delivered to the wrong address. How does this happen with such frequency. Y’all have no business being in business. I’ll never order from ANY cottage inn because of the experience with this location. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered two pizzas for delivery, ended up waiting three hours and having to call the store twice. One pizza was cold and gross when it was delivered because they made it first but forgot the other, and apparently they didn't bother to keep it warm or remake it during the additional hour it took to make the second pizza. It then took three full weeks of me having to submit follow ups via the online customer support form for customer service to get around to dealing with my complaint, and their attempt at making it right was to put 50 whole points on my rewards account. That's enough for a kiddie pizza or a small salad. I'm genuinely disappointed with the quality of the food and the lackluster response from customer service.

Since they’ve ignored my emails I ordered a pizza Tuesday night the cuban pizza for delivery. For starters, it took 2 hours for my pizza to arrive I only got two items. Secondly when my pizza arrived there was no sauce on the pizza therefore I called and I was respectful and understanding about the situation and explained there was no sauce. Your workers response was “so what you want me to do about it” in a rude tone. I asked for a new one to be delivered and was responded with full attitude and hung up on. I went to the store with the pizza to show him I didn’t respect the way he talked to me and he went silent no sorry or anything while he inspected the pizza not finding any sauce. No sorry for making me drive out, no sorry for his mistake, just attitude. I felt bad for him being the only worker in there but something needs to happen. Obviously this is an issue because the delivery driver was the only one to apologize about the situation. When we got our remade pizza it was drowned in sauce and I’m assuming he did it purposely to be funny and piss me off more. I want a full refund on my order including my delivery fee this is ridiculous and there needs to be some kind of consequences in regards to the worker because it was unacceptable. I understand working in customer service which was why I was nice, but when you’re just disrespectful for no reason there’s a problem. His name was Toby :)

Fire the two women who laugh at customers on the phone. No one actually makes pizzas here. They never deliver them to your house. When you call to check in or complain they just laugh and suggest your pizza was stolen. I have a ring camera and know my order was never delivered. Management and employees are horrendous. I waited over four hours just to never get my order. Those women are too immature to have a job and need to be fired. Lying to customers and essentially stealing is completely unacceptable. I’ve emailed cottage inn to complain and am still waiting on a response.

Do not eat here! I ordered delivery at 6:55pm. They said 40 min. After 1 1/2 hours passed I called to get an ETA. They said it was already on the road. She wasn't very pleasant either. I asked how long ago was that and she said she didn't know. I wait another 30 min and call back and asked for the manager. She paused for awhile and said she was. I Was told that they canceled my order. I told her they charged me already and you guys said it was on the way. She said I'm sorry I can give you a credit for a future pizza. I told her I was coming up there which i did. I get there and it's two young girls and guys working. I asked for the manager and told her i want my money back. She says she gave a refund but it won't apply for 3 days. I told her I'm not leaving without my money or pizza so make it again and I'll wait. She asked me what I ordered and looked over on the shelf. Sure enough there was my order just sitting there cold. They proceed to remake it. No urgency. Then they come to the counter and turn there backs to us and start whispering and giggling. Meanwhile there are other orders posted waiting to be made. Very unprofessional. The other employee then goes over to the prep area and starts face timing someone. Giving them the finger while we are waiting for our food to come out of the oven. Then just kept staring at us. I will never order from this place again. They have no idea what it takes to run a business. Totally unacceptable behavior by both Manger and employee. Do better. But I will be picking up from Stadium location in the future. Not worth the headace. They deserve 0 stars!

This place is a joke, I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, an hour and a half later I called to see where my pizza was and was told it went out for delivery. 2 hours later called back and was told the pizza was voided. I asked for a manager and was told none was available, I asked for a refund and was told I could get a credit. I only live around the corner so I got dressed and went to the location only to be greeted by 2 young African American females who were laughing the entire time. I asked for my money or my food to be prepared and they both stood there smirking as if my anger was a joke to them, I kept my cool for i am a professional but I felt so disrespected and I will never order cottage inn again. They have lost a customer for life.

I love cottage and I love this location but there’s a nasty worker there who has a terrible attitude. I don’t know her name but I couldn’t take it anymore and told her she has terrible customer service and is unprofessional. I was almost done getting the delivery but I ended up hanging up before. She’s the lady who kept answering phones around 4 PM today. Please fire her cause I love this location

I ordered a pizza online yesterday evening around 6 pm. Went to go pick it up at 6:30 when the site said it would be ready. It wasn't. There was a lobby full of people waiting for their food, the phone was constantly ringing and being ignored by the staff. Only one person was making the pizzas. I was told that it would be another 20-30 minutes after I first arrived for my pizza to be ready, so I left and came back about 30 minutes later. They STILL had not put my pizza together. I had to wait an hour and a half after I ordered my food to actually receive it. Now I understand that Saturday's are gonna be slammed, but that was just freaking ridiculous. There needs to be a manager helping out and better communication at this location.

They were over an hour late. I ordered my food at 6:45pm and it was supposed to be delivered by 7:32pm. I called at 8:05pm because it still hasn’t showed up and someone told me that it had already left the store. That wasn’t true, because I called 30 minutes later and someone else told me that it had just left and I should be getting it in a few minutes. That was true. I received my food over an hour late and it wasn’t made correctly. I checked the tag on my pizza box to make sure it even says it’s supposed to have what’s missing on my pizza and it clearly says it. This is the last time I will be ordering from here again.
