Stopped here a few weeks ago to get the heavily advertised black and bleu sandwich and I was told they no longer make it so I took pics of the 5 ads in and outside of the store for this sandwich. I thought they were just kidding.I got a different sandwich which was good but maybe take down the ads before ya quit making it.
Pandemic customer service fatigue, as I term it, or not, the way this store is ran is a "joke" — when I visited it at least. Called and was half greeted, then got radio silence when asking if I could place a simple, one sandwich pickup order. Went in to order instead and got a blank stare from the cashier, only to still receive no greeting after saying hello. Sandwich made to order for pick up in under 10 minutes. I made a few customizations and the followed instructions. I would say there were no "extra" of items asked for but it was all on or off as asked! Easy to grab at door
