Clean, fast, courteous, accurate orders. Love this location, the parking lot is just silly with one in/out that is tight sometimes.Parking: There is only one entrance and parking spots aren't marked, so some folks act dumb.Wheelchair accessibility: Super easy for wheelchairs, one floor, level, easy doors, easy bathroom

This is the worst Jimmy John's I have ever been to. The staff are very slow, and the parking lot is awful. You will either be stuck in the drive-thru or stuck in the parking lot, not able to get out. I will NOT be returning to this location.

Staff is always friendly whether by phone or in store. I have messed up my order a few times when ordering on line and they were very accommodating. Food is always fresh! Keep up the good work!!!

This one has credit card only delivery and it's thru door dash you don't pay extra. It's a big hassle. All the rest use their own cars. Main reason for the lower rating.

Bunch of low IQ individuals works here. Two times I’ve given this place a try and you guys completely screwed up my order each time. It’s clearly shown on my mobile order what I wanted and each time I’m given the wrong sandwich that’s not even close to what I ordered. Didn’t think a one sandwich order would be difficult to actually make properly. I’m just going to dispute my credit card charge for this last one because you guys don’t deserve to keep my money for your screw ups. If you can’t give me what I want then you’re not going to keep my money.

I happened to stop here to grab a quick bite on my way through town. I witnessed their manager incorrectly trained in ADA standards as she asked a woman with a child in a wheelchair and her service dog to remove the dog from the restaurant because they had an incident a few weeks earlier. Highly recommended training your staff as to what a service dog is. They are not a support animal and they are legally allowed anywhere the public is. You are open to a lawsuit and I will happily be a witness to this. When the woman tried to educate her on the difference, the manager walked away. Food was mediocre and the staff was more inclined to watch the discussion about the service dog than offer to take my order. If it wasn't a National food chain, I'd venture to say I'd never give them my business again.
