I love Pinkberry, and unfortunately where I live they’re virtually all shut down, so I was excited to find one still running during my visit to MI. Based on the most recent reviews, I was worried they wouldn’t be open, but thankfully someone was available to help us. The flavor options were very basic and lackluster, but I was grateful to find an operating Pinkberry at all. I stopped by the pinkberry at Briarwood mall. I asked for smallest size, and the girl grabbed an actual small size instead of mini. When I told her I saw an even smaller size, she immediately apologized and was going to reserve me with the mini size. I didn’t want her to waste the one she already got so I told her it’s fine. She apologized again and charged me mini size for the small size she got for me. This is what an excellent customer service she demonstrated.

So so excited to find a pinkberry near by, well not near by but still happy to find one . the young man was so kind and respectful and helpful . The flavors were amazing and the toppings were so fresh. ♥️
