It's a college bar, set expectations appropriately. The black guy bartender (never got his name) downstairs and the upstairs bartender guy are great. The pitchers are always good for the price.
Why is this old guy who shouldn't even be caught in this kind of college bar be reviewing this place...well because I had a blast there with my daughter. We went to Ann Arbor for a bar crawl and this was one of the stops. While the staff wasn't rude, I guess, they definitely were not friendly. The drinks might have well been water. We each got a mix drink pitcher(32oz) and left more sober than we arrived. Wasting money and time.
