Restaurant is a mess, food is bad, and it’s outrageously expensive. Kids save your daddy’s money and go to Panda, it’s higher quality. In all fairness the owner was nice and quick. However, she herself brought us cold baos that are def frozen. Extremely disappointed.

Food is AWESOME!!!Perfect for people who likes flavour in their food.My husband's "braised pork clear noodle" and my "spicy chicken" definitely surpassed our expectations by A LOT.⚠️ Warning: the chicken pieces still have bones, so be careful. Otherwise, it's perfect! ❤️

The food was some of the most authentic Chinese food in all of Ann Arbor. Delicious. Just wish it was a little cheaper. Prices are most definitely the way they are due to lack of business. The service was a little slow considering we were one of the only people there. The menu was atrociously organized. Would definitely come back, but the restaurant as a whole definitely needs a revamp to keep up with the area. More staff and better atmosphere can definitely shoot this place up to one of the best Chinese restaurants on campus.

I was there yesterday (7/21/23) and ordered Double cooked Pork belly which was $16.95 (i.e. same price online). When my bill came, It was over $21 and I checked if the tip was included. There was none only the total. I still gave $2.00 tip even though nothing speciual was given except take your order and deliver your food. water was not refilled.. Will not come back. I feel I was cheated. Food was mediocre. My Mom is Chinese from Northern China and I can cook better.

The food is very authentic and delicious. It’s a haven for Asian-Americans to get good food from their home countries.

I love this place for their traditional Chinese food, great hot pots and seafood dishes. They also have a large variety of other Asian based dishes.

The worse and unhygienic restaurant in Ann Arbor. Cockroach was found in a to go dishes.

I love this place ! They can do very transitional Chinese and Korean food, also Chinese American food ! It taste s truly good. I went to school in MI so I used to be a regular client there and now I went back again it still taste as great ! and it opens late.

Happy Kamakura

It’s proper North-Eastern Chinese food cooked by your family. I order 小鸡炖蘑菇 and 孜然牛肉. They taste authentic and flavored, but I am a bit concerned that the chefs and owners did not wear their masks all the time. The inside is kinda old and small.

This is a consistently good quality restaurant! The key lies in what you order. My favorite is the Chong qing spicy chicken. The eggplant and tofu and the knife peeled noodles are also good.

As a college student I love value and this was the greatest value of all. Don't get the fried rice I heard but like literally the eggplant, noodles, and chong qing chick was chong qing good.
