All the wait staff was really cool and then we got to meet the general manager and it just made so much sense why the restaurant is so great, she really runs it well, she holds it down I really appreciate her service“

“Me and my daughter thought all the steak and shakes were closed until we discovered there was a steak and shake open when she looked up food places nearby. We were so happy to see that this location was open while we were shopping at great lakes crossing!! We got 2 burgers 2 fries and 2 drinks. Everything was hot, fresh, delicious and priced right!! “First time trying this place, and I was shocked by the amazing customer service and fast order delivery since some of the comments online weren't what you'd like to hear when looking for somewhere to eat. However, it was the opposite of what I expected. The food was delicious and quickly delivered. Adding on, the manager had everything organised and under control.I am definitely going to be visiting it regularly and recommending it to my family!!“
