I love the atmosphere and I’ve been to a few out of state but this one is a little disappointing! My friends and I have tried it a couple times! The service has not been great, drinks are amazing and the food has been ok! We keep trying due to loving the chain and atmosphere!
huge place, super fun decoration.however understaffed. we had to wait 1.5h to get a table and the place was half empty.food was good and portions were huge.service was extremely slow

It was so slow. With kids that’s hard. We had reservations at 6. We didn’t get water until 645 and food an hour after that. Didn’t even get dessert because we were so done. It’s over priced, not great, but the atmosphere is fun. If it wasn’t so slow it would be better. I’m not sure I’ll be back if it takes 3 hours for overpriced nachos and everything has a souvenir cup that kids must have, and has no price on haha smart
