It was so slow. With kids that’s hard. We had reservations at 6. We didn’t get water until 645 and food an hour after that. Didn’t even get dessert because we were so done. It’s over priced, not great, but the atmosphere is fun. If it wasn’t so slow it would be better. I’m not sure I’ll be back if it takes 3 hours for overpriced nachos and everything has a souvenir cup that kids must have, and has no price on haha smart

Great place for kids and even more to celebrate a birthday. The food is really good and filling.
The entire experience was just bad. I didn't make a fuss while there because it was my daughter's birthday and i didnt want to ruin it for her. But that was part of the problem. It was obviously her birthday, I even put it in the reservation. The waitress hardly interacted and had to be asked repeatedly for things. I dont even think she told my daughter happy birthday let alone anything else. The food was absolutely horrible. We left a ton on our plates because we didnt even want to eat it or take it home. It was really that bad. We won't be returning to this location.

Great atmosphere for kids. Lots of seating for big parties. Servers are super nice. But be ready to wait a long time for food. We went on a Thursday with the place mostly empty and waited over an hour for food. The food is good not great and a bit overpriced. But the kids LOVE the animals, rain, storms, and fish tanks.

Food was way over cooked. My fish was dryed out and the coating was hard. My ice tea tasted like the machine hadn’t been cleaned. The waitress had no personality, since we came in for a child’s birthday you’d think she would have at least acknowledged it. My daughter’s hamburger bun tasted stale. We won’t be back.
We had dinner with my nieces and nephew and they loved all the animatronic animals and the whole experience. I was astonished that there were so many open tables, also hated the fact that we were set all together in a cluster. With all the open tables we could of been spread out a little more for ease of conversation. The food was subpar for the price paid but I guess you are paying for the experience. It was fun to take little kids to once, probably never doing it again.
