“I walked in and to be honest my expectations were not very high. I'm not sure why but lately I haven't been very impressed with "newer" bar/restaurants. This evening I was impressed. The New Holland brewpub -BC is pretty darn cool. It has a very clean and fresh look/vibe yet warm and homey.We sat at the bar which has plenty of seating and good views of two large TVs. The bar maid was quick and attentive without being overbearing.I ordered the pulled pork and I was wowed. Great flavor and portion on a warm soft roll with slaw and a delicious sauce. We got the veggies (carrot, celery, cucumbers) as the side instead of fries and regretted it as they looked fabulous. Shoestring style. My favorite.My dining partner has the bluegill tacos and she was very pleased. They were tasty, good sized portion and recommended.Overall. The vibe is fun, the drinks are good, food is quality.
