I walked in and to be honest my expectations were not very high. I'm not sure why but lately I haven't been very impressed with "newer" bar/restaurants. This evening I was impressed. The New Holland brewpub -BC is pretty darn cool. It has a very clean and fresh look/vibe yet warm and homey. We sat at the bar which has plenty of seating and good views of two large TVs. The beers were decent. Brown ale was great, maize ale was ok. Really nice outdoor patio, but unfortunately not dog friendly. Beers to-go were a good option since it’s in a “drinking district”.

New Holland brewing has a great selection of drinks and their food is great. The staff is super helpful and gives good suggestions. We’re only here for a short weekend trip, and already attended here twice. A little bit pricy, but the portion sizes were worth it.Cat also was kind and quick with her service even as the only bartender up front.
