“My family LOVES this place! They serve Ashby's ice cream here. Sooooo good! If you order a double scoop waffle cone, just be prepared for it to be a triple scoop in reality. The portions are HUGE, and the price is lower than any other ice cream parlor in the city! What else could you ask for? How about locally owned?!“
“Best start here is comparing it to probably it's biggest competitor: McDonald's. Thing is over the past few months McDonald's has gotten significantly more costly and food & service has remained the same. Culver's may only be marginally cheaper, but the service & food has long since been and remains better.Seems to be a go-to spot, at least the BC location, for seniors, so you could say something about the atmosphere that that can potentially give any place. Not that it's a bad thing, but also not a good thing either. Neutral I'll call it, but also of note. The menu is good enough but is clearly geared towards a burger heavy lineup. On average about 10-15 minutes after you order a server will bring you your tray and your good to go from there. One of the big perks I've heard about this place from multiple people is that it's neither full on dine in or full on takeout. It's a nice sorta hybrid if you will of the two. Grab and go? Yup. Sit down and relax? Yup. Zip through the drive through? Yup. And that little bit of added versatility is a solid factor that brings people back, on top of of course great food.“
“I've been a customer for as long as I can remember. We found this place back when I was young and first out on my own and fell in love. Now I have kids and I take them here to enjoy the most authentic Greek food I've had, especially around here! If anybody asks me where to eat in town, this is the first place I always suggest! The gyros are amazing and the cucumber sauce is the best!Parking: There has never been an issue with parking at the location they've been at for a few years. On Columbia.Kid-friendliness: Most definitely kid-friendly. There's even a kid's menu. It's a spacious restaurant with friendly staff.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm a handicapped person myself, I find no issues getting in and out of this restaurant.“
“Never disappointed with my Reese's Blizzard here. Service is always pretty kind and friendly.Parking: Being on a corner triangular lot, parking here terrifies me a little. Sometimes the lot is full when I plan to get a treat and I will just drive by, because I'm not dealing with that mess. The size and shape of the lot is my only complaint about this place. Otherwise, it's pretty great.Wheelchair accessibility: You can easily roll a wheelchair (or a stroller) up the ramp and to the window to order.“
“We ordered pizza tonight for dinner and requested that they make it heart shaped for Valentine's Day if possible. My husband and I have been under the weather for the last few days and just wanted to celebrate our 6 year old's favourite holiday in this one small way. Imagine our surprise when a personal-sized heart shaped pizza showed up just for our boy- in addition to the rest of our order! We're fans for life! Thank you, Pizza Rescue, for saving Valentine's Day for our son, and bringing smiles to our whole family! Also, the rescue bread is FIRE!“
