I walked in and to be honest my expectations were not very high. I'm not sure why but lately I haven't been very impressed with "newer" bar/restaurants. This evening I was impressed. The New Holland brewpub -BC is pretty darn cool. It has a very clean and fresh look/vibe yet warm and homey.We sat at the bar which has plenty of seating and good views of two large TVs. The bar maid was quick and attentive without being overbearing.I ordered the pulled pork and I was wowed. Great flavor and portion on a warm soft roll with slaw and a delicious sauce. We got the veggies (carrot, celery, cucumbers) as the side instead of fries and regretted it as they looked fabulous. Shoestring style. My favorite.My dining partner has the bluegill tacos and she was very pleased. They were tasty, good sized portion and recommended.Overall. The vibe is fun, the drinks are good, food is quality. Long time patron. Went for bourbon release, but for the first time breakfast came out completely inedidible, uncooked and cold. Cook couldnt keep up with a 100 order blast and it shows. Waitresses behind the bar refused to do anything about it. I should have left zero tip. ? NEVER again.

New Holland brewing has a great selection of drinks and their food is great. The staff is super helpful and gives good suggestions. We’re only here for a short weekend trip, and already attended here twice. A little bit pricy, but the portion sizes were worth it.Cat also was kind and quick with her service even as the only bartender up front.

Came in a few days ago with a few friends and had possibly the worst experience. First off, the food and drinks are extremely overpriced. When we ordered our food, it came cold, bland, and dry. The drinks were mediocre at best. Definitely wouldn't suggest coming here if you're expecting good food/drinks with a decent price. I'd rather eat some fast food than this overpriced muck.

The beers were decent. Brown ale was great, maize ale was ok. Really nice outdoor patio, but unfortunately not dog friendly. Beers to-go were a good option since it’s in a “drinking district”.
