“First, overall, this BBQ is definitely above average. However. All the meat came slathered in BBQ sauce, AND nowhere on the menu did it say everything came covered on sauce. The brisket, unfortunately, is super off. It was thick cut and dry, though very tender. They also seared it, which is new to me. The ribs were good, but we got a rib that was entirely grizzle, and that stinks since we paid the full price for ribs. The chicken was fire, incredibly juicy and tender. Sausage was also great. Highly recommend this place but leave your expectations in the car.“
“Went tonight for the first time. I got ribs and pulled chicken and my husband got a chicken Philly. Everything was very fresh. The ribs had amazing flavor and fell right off the bone. The BBQ sauce was awesome too! Place was clean, music was good! The young man behind the counter was personable and professional. This place is a little hidden gem in Saginaw. We will definitely be back!“

“We order the Game Day Pack, which is for 4-6 servings for pickup. We got there early and the employees couldn't find the game day pack on their menu. We had to show him the order on our phone so he could fill the order. He got it order together and we left. We got home and everything was good except our sides were only for a single serving. This was our fourth time here, one order was for a wedding so it was a bit disappointing this time in“
“Food is always amazing and fresh. Very friendly and kind employees make everything else that much better! Very quick usually no matter how busy it is so that's not going to be a problem whether you do pickup or dine in. And did I mention the smell inside of the BBQ constantly being cooked! “I'm moving away from my Bay City and I can only pray that my new hometown has a place like Barque. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is so relaxing and fun, and the staff are very friendly and genuine. I highly recommend the house bloody mary, which has a variety of delicious pickled veggies. 11/10 stars.“
