They are still using the excuse of lobby closed to continue to cut cost. There is no point of using the app since you still have to go through drive thru which just took 27 minutes.Just go to McDonald’s next door their app works and they are not passing down the inconvenience to the customers
I spent $30 on a meal that was incorrect, thrown together without care, and missing items. Half of what I tried to order they were out of. This KFC is never worth going to. Do not waste your money here.

One of the worst experiences I've had. I waited 45 minutes for my "fast food" online order. It came out disgusting! I already contacted corporate. This was absolutely disgusting, undercooked, and it's so sad that people who work here are serving this food and don't care how it turns out. The workers don't deserve a food service job if they are serving this. AVOID AT ALL COST. DISGRACEFUL
