“I love this place, the workers go over and beyond, and they made sure and show me the pizza before they pack it to make sure that it was right. They closed so many pizza huts this is the closest one to where I live and I would like for it to stay open.“
“Order was just taken by Travis D. He is amazing. He deserves a raise! Lobby full of customers and he was quick. Rushed over to us with our food. Usually you go up to desk to grab your order but he ran it to us in lobby. This kid by himself just made my whole experience there amazing. He went the extra mile. “I love Arby’s and this location was very helpful with a big order that fed our First Robotics team. I called the night before and spoke to the mgr Trish. She took my order and had it ready when I came to pick it up. The staff had it packed nicely and even offered to carry it out to my car. Next time I’m in Belleville I will be eating here. ( bring back potato cakes!)“
“First time coming here wanted a place to grab some food since the gas station next door didn't have what I wanted plus it was convenient to get too. Staff here was friendly, very clean and empty establishment that's well taken care of and the staff is a great source of entertainment. Prices are fairly expensive nowadays but the food came out good.“
“Food is generally good, everything is clean and looks nice, but I don't recommend using the mobile app for curbside ordering. I've had issues with this a few different times, but today they lost my order and came to my car to ask what I ordered twice. Now that I have my food after about a 15 minute wait, most of the ice in the drink is melted and the food is lukewarm. Usually my go to place, will probably not be the curbside feature anymore.“
“I was the first customer of the day. The store was dirty from the night before. The cashier was lovely. She made my food and rang it up for me. Their veggies weren't ready yet and she started to make them but nobody else helped her or even acknowledged me. So my 4 stars are for her alone because she deserves recognition for going above and beyond at her job. Probably won't be back.“
“I go here all the time and never have any problems. Some staff are nicer than others, but none have disrupted my day or attitude in a negative way. They’re fast through the drive though. My order is almost always right. I’d recommend this location.“
“I had a craving for a Whopper. So after church, An Everlasting Light COGIC, my family and I went to the drive-thru at Burger King. My daughter ordered an Impossible Whopper ? meal with everything on it, including cheese ? and a sweet tea. I ordered a Whopper ? meal with everything on it, including cheese ? with a sweet as well.The service was great. Each person we spoke to was nice and courteous. The person on the speaker was patient and didn't rush us (like most drive-thru employees do). The young man at the window was quick and courteous and served us with a smile. We weren't sitting at the window for a long period of time. Nor were we told to pull up and wait for our order. The employees that we encountered were very polite.The sweet tea was great and refreshing. It had just the right amount of sweetness to it. Yet, our french fries? needed a little help. They looked and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. Neither were either cartons full. I guess they had a french fry shortage ??♀️. HOWEVER!!! My Whopper ? hit the spot! When I bit into my burger ? and began to chew; all I could say was, "Mmmmm!" Oh my goodness! The blend of savory tastes that we're in my mouth was absolutely awesome. I don't know who prepared my Whopper for me. BUT BABY!!! They did that! They understood the assignment! All I could do was close my eyes and enjoy. When I looked back at my daughter, she was eating and said not a word. Though the french fries definitely were lacking and a big disappointment. Those Whoppers made it worth the trip. We will definitely be back. “The service was amazing with a classic order in your car style. The food was recieved quickly and was done to match each person request perfectly and even correctly removed ingredients from some food that we ordered. If you want a table there is only 6 and they are outfoors so you may need to eat in your car. Overall a very postive experince.Parking: Parking is limited due to it being a smaller location and tight on one side.“
