this is the closes Qdoba in the area and let me just say, I eat here a LOT. I can honestly say that after a couple unsatisfactory visit that they have fell off BAD! I’m a vegetarian and they never have veggies (last time i got my bowl free because of this and today i got a free drink; the employees are always nice and accommodating) today my food was cold … i hate that ima have to start traveling to Canton just to see if I have better luck
I was disappointed with the service today. When I entered into the restaurant I noticed that one of the workers was eating. The young lady who service me immediately put on gloves and prepared my order. Which was spicy queso and guacamole with chips. When it started to get busy the young ladybwhoyoung lady who serviced me had to other orders. The other employee who was eating finished her meal and went to the register. I was the first customer of the day. The store was dirty from the night before. The cashier was lovely. She made my food and rang it up for me. Their veggies weren't ready yet and she started to make them but nobody else helped her or even acknowledged me. So my 4 stars are for her alone because she deserves recognition for going above and beyond at her job. Probably won't be back.
