“The Spinning Spur is a laid-back, welcoming, wonderful bar! We were up from Milwaukee for a couple of days skiing and stopped in Bessemer for a drink. Steph was so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere so enjoyable, we came back the next night for another round!“

We just stopped by there with my husband to watch a UEFA champions league soccer game which is quite far from American interest; but everybody was happy to put the game for us and discuss with us the whole time. “Caribou lodge was close to where we were staying for the weekend so we stopped in for dinner. We ordered the gnocchi with Italian sausage and the ravioli. Both were delicious; homemade pasta, flame grilled sausage and house made sauce. The gnocchi was soft and pillowy. The ravioli was stuffed with both a creamy ricotta and salty, creamy mozzarella. Chef Kevin knows his pasta!“
