This is not food service related. I'm 34 years old. We've been attending pumpkin fest for 30 years. The scavenger hunt at Dairy Queen has always been a great event during the festival. I am grateful that the new owners have decided to continue participating. But this year's event was a disappointment. They were not separated by age group! what chance does a 5 year old have against a teen? Hay over leaves was messy. No bags were provided to the kids. And to my knowledge, no tokens for blizzards or sundays were given. How much money did you rake in on Pumpkin fest weekend? Yet you couldn't take the time to talk to festival coordinators to get direction on how to set up the scavenger hunt? Success in a small community includes giving back. Since new management has taken over, drive thru orders have been messed up and prices have changed. Super disappointed but as someone mentioned, the lack or choices means we have no choice but to continue patronizing there
