“We had the mango cloud cake slice, blueberry cloud cake slice, tiramisu latte, and the honey lavendar latte. All were amazing and 10/10. The cake wasn't too sweet but instead a more subtle taste (my favorite), tasted like the actual fruit in its name, and had the fruit in it. The honey lavendar has a stronger taste of sweetness and lavendar. Get it iced. The tiramisu latte we got hot and it was also not sweet and a more subtle tiramisu taste. The cake slices were $6-$7 a slice. The lattes $5-$5.50. Reasonable prices. The service was great. There is a nice seating area inside and outside. Our favorite cafe/bakery place in Troy. Will come again.“

“Love this place! I've never been unhappy with a drink I've ordered and the staff has always been so kind and helpful. I'm jealous I don't work there - it looks like a blast! Excellent atmosphere.I'm dying for the ube syrup they had this summer. I think about it weekly lol“

“Was very impressed with the vibe of this place. I believe I had a pumpkin or salted caramel flavored latte of some sort, but can't quite remember. In either case, it was tasty and was per recommendation of the barista. Would definitely recommend checking this place out.“

“Both people working in there were SO NICE! This could be the best açaí bowl I’ve ever had. I already know I’m going to be here multiple times during the week. I really would like to know WHOS THE BERRY PLUG?!?! LoL because this was the most freshest fruit I’ve had in awhile! Blows papa joes and Vince and joes outta the water! So glad I tried it today! I got the pura vida and added pineapple.“

The provide Canole bakery croissant options. Store made over night oats is really nice. That is the only option for vegans, prepared with oat milk.“

“I've been here a couple of times. It's a small gem on Woodward Ave across from M1 concourse. They have a great selection of donuts. It's a very popular spot so get in there, make your decision, pay, then get out of the way. There are a few chairs to sit and eat your donuts and drink your coffee but I would recommend getting it to go. It's just too busy in there to really enjoy it. It's fast pace and loud environment. I can't wait to go back and try more items on the menu.“

“I had a lunch meeting at In Harmony Cafe today, and oh my... it was amazing! I tried the "Mug of Gold" for something different, and it was SO delicious! And the Veggie Oasis wrap has got to be the best wrap I've ever had, no doubt about it. They also had a fantastic selection of jazz playing in the background. And the service was top notch all the way! Looking forward to my next visit already!“

“This is our go-to spot for donuts -- Not only is it a quick drive from our house, but they also have a great product! They have so many flavors of donuts here, including the classics like glazed donuts, long johns, and apple fritters, as well as uniquely flavored donuts like fruity pebble and maple bacon. They also have coffee available, as well as a variety of cold drinks. Everything is priced fairly, and the service is always fast. I don't have donuts all too often, but whenever I make a stop here, I'm never disappointed. I'll need to visit again soon!“

“To be honest, I haven't been to Atomic Coffee in a while, but any time I've been, it's been great! They have a large menu ranging from traditional lattes, cappuccinos, teas, hot chocolates, smoothies, juices, food items, and more. I've had their hot chocolate a few times in the past, and it's always delicious. I've also had the peachy keen smoothie which was so refreshing. One thing I love about this place is the atmosphere here. It's a great place to hang out, study, or to go for a casual coffee date. I need to make a trip back soon!“

“The first callout I have to make is I absolutely LOVE the diversity of choices in this menu. They have so much more unique options than your standard coffee shop and all of them are so different. Their menu represents so many countries and regions, including Moroccan, Hong Kong, Brazilian, Spanish, Viennese, Vietnamese, Korean, Thai, Japanese, Indian, Sudanese, etc. This is a place that you can just keep coming back to and try completely different flavors and styles of coffee and tea with every visit and I really appreciate that. They also have small snack options, with my favorite being the Nutella taiayaki. This was a pleasant surprise for me since I'm generally not the biggest fan of classic red bean taiyaki. I ended up ordering the Brazilian style latte and my girlfriend got the London fog. We both loved our drinks and would definitely return to try others. As for the space, it's certainly not what I expected but I really liked the concept. Meillie Coffee is just one of a few vendors who all share a really large space (with TONS of seating). They also have sandwiches and ice cream available at the other vendors, so you can probably come here in the morning and end up spending enough time working until you want lunch from the other vendor as well.“

“This is a bakery everyone kneads in their life :) pun intended. I already love crispellis for their pizzas and salads and finally ventured to this stand alone location bakery located on the less busy stretch of Main Street. The cafe has an amazing aesthetic and a decent amount of seating both inside and outside. It was cool to see bread being rolled and hand made thru the window, it is clear that bread is being made fresh and daily and this bakery has that artisan feel to it. There is a great variety of breads, pastries, cookies, and drinks that this location offers. I tried a carrot cake croissant and it was unique and very tasty! The only con I noticed is the trash was overflowing when I visited but I think I was there towards the end of the day. Anyways a great place to chill and enjoy a good pastry and drink in RO!“

“Fantastic coffee, tea and pastry shop. The ambience was nice, and as a non-coffee drinker, I really enjoyed the Kerouac, which is an earl grey tea latte with lavender and cinnamon. Absolutely lovely. My friend got a cranberry orange pastry that I definitely recommend warmed. It was both sweet and tart. We will be coming back.“

Additionally, the place is cozy and relaxing, which makes it the perfect place to read a book, complete a puzzle, or chat with a friend.“

“I had been going to Birmingham Roast for years before Royal Oak Roast opened, and it is just as amazing as the original. Drinks are incredible (though the “Joy” drinks are pretty sweet, I always order half sweet), the breakfast burrito is a must try, as is the açaí bowl. They constantly have new “seasonal” menu items which is great for regulars to get something new to try. This will forever be my favorite coffee shop in the metro Detroit area!!“

“Norman was the kindest when I stumbled upon his Cafe while in Troy! Was here for work and saw the awesome reviews so decided to check it out. “Always enjoy my coffee and spending time here they have handmade sandwiches as well as excellent coffee beverages and regular coffee now open also in the back of the building there is an area where you can bring your dog and still order coffee and it will be served to you. Definitely would recommend also trying one of the house made sandwiches or wrap. And their sweet treats are great.“

“Atmosphere is great, variety of foods, authentic flavors. The coffee is amazing, and I prefer over the major store brands. Nice amount of outlets if you are doing work, cozy, bathroom might be my only issue, but other than that, I highly recommend and enjoyed my time and will be back again. It is also great for groups and getting the pots of beverages for the table. If they had a breakfast sandwich type of item, I would say perfect, but their sweets and pastries are delicious, and even the edible flowers on the pastry I had were divine, and the quality would impress your friends.“

“I had to go back in and make sure my order was gluten free…. THATS HOW GOOD THIS WAS!!!! I got the pixie pixie tea and the gluten free/vegan chocolate tart . Perfection . I expected the tart to b super sweet and rich like fudge and though it was rich it was bit overpowering AT ALL. I had to stop myself from eating the whole thing. Thanks so much for all the love you put into your products guys it really really shows. You’ll see me often ✌?☮️ - Lex“

“[please "like" if this is helpful]Cute neighborhood bodega. Not a huge selection, but you can get many Mexican American basics, including spices. They also have a restaurant menu. “We love Mia's! We go every week. We have brought all of our friends and family to Mia's. They all ask to meet us there now and many have ordered desserts and food of their own. My favorite experience recently was my daughter's frozen birthday cake. She loved it so much. She kept going over to look at it during her birthday party! She was so happy. All of our guests loved it. Most cakes that are pretty on the outside taste awful inside but everyone told us they couldn't believe how delicious it was!“

“Came here for brunch with a group of friends and we had a great time. I ordered the blueberry Ricotta pancakes with lemon curd, potatoes, jalapeno polenta, and Earl Grey tea. The pancakes were so delicious, you didn't even need syrup. The potatoes were cooked well, but could have used more seasoning. The polenta was creamy and flavorful. My tea was enjoyable and tasted like high quality Earl Grey. The only negative is the customer service could have been better. The waiters weren't very attentive or personable. We found ourselves having to flag them down or get up and find a staff person if we wanted something. Could have just been an off day though. Totally coming back. This is an awesome place for brunch.“

“Friendly staff and great coffee/food. I go here almost every day and am greeted with smiles without fail. They even went ahead and wrote down my order next to the cashier because I always get the same thing. On rough days, stopping in for just a few minutes at this location gives me a lift. It’s my permanent coffee spot.“

“This is honestly my favorite coffee spot. Wonderful pastries, lovely coffee and atmosphere. However, this morning I had a strange experience— got my usual order (honey lavender latte), but it tasted burnt and like there was no syrup in it at all (totally not a typical experience there, btw). With anxiety coursing through my veins, I gathered the courage to ask for my latte to be remade, which I have never done, and hate doing. The woman at the register gave me a suspicious look, almost like I was trying to pull a fast one, or steal something even though I was handing her the full cup of coffee to be replaced. Just very hesitant to adhere to such a request. It made me feel ridiculous for even asking... Instead, a barista, who was absolutely lovely, approached me and kindly offered to remake it for me. It was delicious. I was thankful for her willingness to interject into that conversation and help out (even though she was already incredibly busy and working her tail off.) All-in-all though, my experience with the woman at the register made me feel yucky and unvalued, as someone who very regularly spends $7.50 on a coffee there.“

“This is a really hip place.A nice place where you can read a book and enjoy a really nice beverage. It's a small place so get there early if you want somewhere to sit. “I haven’t been to this bakery in years, and I noticed that it seems to have adopted a more corporate style compared to its previous, more personal atmosphere. It’s still nice, but I don’t feel the same sense of attachment to this place as I did before. So sad. Also, quite pricey, a smoked salmon sandwich cost $17.“

“The bird and berry (turkey, cranberry brie spread, and organic greens on baguette) earns a solid 7 out of 10. The sandwich boasted a delightful mix of flavors and textures, though a bit more cranberry would have elevated it further. Nonetheless, the staff's kindness added to the dining experience, and the excellent quality of the coffee complemented the meal perfectly. Overall, a satisfying choice for a quick bite.“

“A local coffee roaster with a large selection of single origin and blends. It's a friendly atmosphere soaked in the aromas of roasting coffee beans. We could have our beans delivered to Rochester, but we enjoy taking the trip to pick them up from the source. And, you can grab a coffee while you're there. The staff is always helpful and can make recommendations or answer home brewing questions. Also, if you sign up for the emails, they feel more like a letter from Dad, charming and personable. “Pretty good. I enjoyed most of the cuts of meat, however was not a fan of any of the sides besides the salad (which was 10/10). Atmosphere is a bit chaotic, def have to be with a fun group or else I could see this being less enjoyable if you are looking for more of a lowkey/chill environment. Would come back-meat cuts and salad! ? ?“
