“My husband and I ordered via Drive Thru last night around 8PM. Not only was our food amazing, quick and so good, the associate helping us Riley C was absolutely phenomenal! What a polite young lady. As soon as she greeted us at the Drive Thru speaker, she was GREAT! We understand MANY places are short staffed and are losing employees daily. If Riley was having a bad day, we had NO idea. She was fantastic! Riley is one of those people that need to train all fast food employess! Kudos to the hiring manager. You hired a wonderful employee and representative of your company. We look forward to visiting again when we are in the area.”

“Using the APP, I order from the Bob Evans Birch Run location, from my work location at a Detroit school usually once a week or more. My husband picks it up in Birch Run as he works nearby. Our food is always ready for him when he walks in the door. If they have questions about our order, they call me for clarification. I can’t thank the managers enough who have had to take my calls to switch ASAP to 5:00 when I complete my order too quickly. I’d especially like to shout out to the wait staff who does a great job packing our order. My husband says everyone is always extremely friendly and quick to get his items so he can start the long drive home. A special shout out to Abby! Thanks for the note! 36 years ago I was also a waitress at Bob Evans at the now closed Waterford location. Wait staff is the heartbeat of the restaurant.”

“Stopped in on the way home today (July 6th) and noticed the whole outlet mall was packed! All of which had sales but none beat the sales here. There were packages of cookies priced between $1.75 and about $3. TONS of cookies of all types and flavors. One whole wall was just cookies. The other was all goldfish and a huge selection of those. Much, much better pricing than at a grocery store.

I've been wanting to stop by here for a while now and finally got to do so today. We left with about 10 bags of cookies, a couple bags of goldfish and some crackers. Happy I stopped and will definitely be coming back.”

“Im shocked by the negative reviews! I came here for two mobile order pickups for breakfast. They were able to take both order codes with ease. Our food was fresh, and we were able to get our food really cheap as well with the app. I appreciate the fast service.”

“As soon as we walked in I knew how good it was gonna be.I ordered the Dino nuggets and the cheese curds. The waiting was a little long but it flew by super quick with the free Wi-Fi.While we were waiting I decided to look around and look at the where are you from board. Which was super cool and also the Halloween decorations. When we got our food and we took our first bite in the cheese curds and they were so good. My whole family loved the cheese curds. It was a refreshing desire for us after a long day.”
