“We came here for our anniversary and we will definitely be going back! The service was amazing, our waiter was very friendly and helpful. The food was so good, I got salmon and ordered a second one to go, my husband ordered steak and a lobster tail and he was very pleased. We sat outside and ate and it wasn't too noisy or too much going on. Great experience, great service and great food, the bill wasn't outrageous either. We both agreed that this is a place that's worth visiting often. I highly recommend going there if you haven't already been.”

“Was my first time in Churchill’s yesterday, 03/28. Had no idea what to expect, never understood the purpose of the cigar. With that being said, I cannot wait to go back. Our waiter was great, the old fashioned was amazing and that cigar…now I get it!! So relaxing, great atmosphere and with a great tour guide who was also celebrating his birthday. That’s where he wanted to go, I’m sure glad he did!!! Highly recommend!”

“I love this restaurant and have been coming here for many years. Unfortunately last night's experience completely changed my opinion. We had a reservation for a large group of my colleagues for a company happy hour. We spent a few thousand dollars over the course of 2 hours and brought a great deal of business that they would not have otherwise had. The manager Kevin was an absolute disgrace. Instead of showing us hospitality and providing the most basic customer service, he was nasty, rude and harassed our guests. He acted as though we were an inconvenience rather than paying patrons at his restaurant. It was a happy hour setting so people were standing, mixing and mingling, as is customary at a happy hour. He was hovering over our table, scolding guests if they put a drink or purse down for one second at an empty table, and trying to force people to sit as though were were children. It was truly appalling behavior. He was more concerned about “phantom guests” and empty tables that weren't even seated yet than taking proper care of the classy, professional, well-heeled group of customers who were already there spending $$$$$. By the way, outside of our group there were only about 3 other small tables seated. The place was otherwise empty. Kevin's incompetence, lack of professionalism and rude behavior are something I have never experienced at a high end restaurant. Our company is a very influential group of real estate professionals who know everyone in this town, and I can assure you that this poor experience and Kevin's conduct will be known far and wide. What a shame!!”

Ordered beef shawarma sandwich, chicken shawarma sandwich, their falafel and Kibbee everything was amazing, fresh, tender. “This review is for the Royal Oak Roast only. The road is full of as*holes , the world going to sh*t more and more. The people in charge care not at all and we are on a very possible path to doom. Why not stop in at Royal Oak Roast? It’s a comfy place with great people watching. The coffee is wonderful and refills are a dollar. So many different coffee choices in all styles, including espresso over over Weiss vanilla ice cream!!! The kitchen, yes I said kitchen has scrumptious food that is presented beautifully with the seasonal selections. All this sound good? Well that’s not even the best part. It’s the staff. It’s a varied collection of kind, hard working people that make you feel welcomed and are always working hard to get your order out to you. He pointed out the menu’s recommendations, didn’t rush us, and personalized the order of when we’d like our choices brought out to the table. Every dish we ordered from appetizers to the complimentary Birthday dessert, was tremendous! We reserved a standard table in one of their dining rooms. However, even the bar area with high top tables would not disappoint. Don’t hesitate to make this a place to experience. They offer a great menu of salads, seafood, steaks, and be sure to ask about specials. They offer a vast wine menu and specialty drinks. We WILL be back! There is valet parking available if you’d choose that option.”
