This is a very nice hotel restaurant that doesn't have the feel of a hotel restaurant. The food and service were very good. The hotel lobby has a trendy vibe with interesting art making for some fun pictures with friends. Madam also has a fun cocktail menu as an alternative to wine.

The manager, Adam, is an absolute diva with little in the way of manners and understanding of service. Rigid and not accommodating… The absolute wrong type of personality to be front of house and probably explains why recent reviews have been lackluster. It starts with the manager. This person made us feel VERY unwelcome, had an accusatory tone with us when we made a reservation on the phone with his colleague… A reservation that was in his system, but he simply couldn’t believe why it would be there in the first place and that no one should’ve made the reservation. We waited 20 minutes and literally counted nine empty tables… We walked servers standing around, and he still claimed he could not accommodate us. When you charge the prices they do at a restaurant like this, you expect the service to be exemplary… Again, Adam should not be a manager, nor should he be front of house. Keep the main thing the main thing, Adam… This is the service industry, and you seem to have lost your way. This is not the first person you want to encounter when hoping to have a pleasant meal/experience.

This place was amazing. The food was awesome and the drinks were good. The service was a little lackluster. I felt like our server was bothered by all the orders of food and drinks. She also took a very long time coming back to our table, considering gratuity is included. I probably was at the bar next time.

Attended an English High Tea with my sisters. Having English heritage we found the Tea to be true to custom. The Tea, dishes, food choices and staff were all excellent. The Chef himself is British, so how could anything go wrong? Wonderful enjoyable afternoon.

This restaurant is definitely top-notch in a place that I would highly recommend. Immediately upon entering the establishment I am greeted with a friendly smile and direct it to my table. This is a great place to meet friends and or have a fun lunch date or dinner date. You are sure to have a memorable experience the ambiance is amazing. The staff has top-notch customer service and takes it to another level by ensuring you have everything that you need and going over and beyond.If you're looking for a unique experience this is definitely the place.The menu changes, which means be prepared to let your taste buds explore.I ordered a few items and I wasn't disappointed.The presentation could have been better with the broccoli Florentine....but outside of that everything else was stellar.

Came for Sunday brunch and had to wait over 10 minutes to even get menus and waters. Food was just okay. Decor and ambiance were beautiful but dont make up for mediocre service and just decent food.
Very disappointing. Took a friend there for a milestone birthday. Our waitress was severely undertrained and couldn't answer our questions about the menu. The restaurant was not busy and it still took a long time for our entrees to arrive. The food was good but not anything that you couldn't get elsewhere for a fraction of the price. "Bread" as an appetizer for $14 is ridiculous. And not only did they not comp a birthday dessert, but a bus boy brought out tye dessert I purchased. (Which was delicious). Our waitress didn't show up at our table ever again after taking the order. Not to check on us, not to see if we wanted another drink, not even to give us the bill. No idea where she went as the restaurant had 3 other tables. For Restaurant of the Year 2023, I expected much more. Apparently because it's so expensive people say it's good. Completely overrated. I will not be back.
What a great venue for a special occasion to celebrate with loved ones and good friends! Such an amazing experience... great ambience, very attentive staff and the food and drinks were incredible. I had the squid ink pasta (which was over the top), my boyfriend had the halibut, friends had the salmon and octopus. Everyone loved their meals and drinks were equally great. We will be back for another celebratory event...this place does not disappoint!

Great food and ambience and the staff is really friendly and professional. I highly recommend the forbidden rice and the grilled octopus. The filet was amazing and cooked perfectly. Really it's definitely a culinary experience and one you should not miss!
My friend and I came here - really just for the ambience. I had a content day planned for us, and only had 30 minutes until the next event. Our waitress was amazing. I told her we only had 30 minutes, she got our drinks in, she flagged us down as we were taking pictures and brought our drinks to us so we didn't miss the big finale with our drinks. Lol. Everyone was amazing. There was another waiter who even offered to take our pictures for us. Overall 10/10 experience!
