Ordered two grilled cheeses, Mac n cheese, and a tomato soup. Didn’t get any of the grilled cheeses, but I did get the most disgusting looking sandwich with avocado, bacon bits and and mayo. Waited forever for this screwed up order and two employees even LOOKED in there and were talking before handing it to me. This place sucks.

I normally always have good food from Panera but this restaurant was particularly super dirty. The drink station was so dirty we immediately canceled our order in fear of what the state of the food looked like. The iced tea dispensers looked like someone was abusing their pet fish in them. Absolutely foul and might not ever eat at Panera again after that.

I live in Royal Oak but I will never stop to this place again! I am not complaining tipe but I ordered one sandwich based on avocado and it comes without avocado! When I asked, they said avocado is not in but nobody care or apologized! I took it anyway. Also , I am NOT a racist person and I have many wonderful black friends, but today I felt insulted when a black lady from the store was passing around samples from some new product ONLY to the black costumers . After the second round/the same approach, I asked specific if is something issue for skipping me/I am white ?. I really not need that sample but I was obviously miss treated based on color of my skin! I can’t believe ?

This Panera can never stick to a scheduled pickup. Poorly managed and the manger (woman with dreads) was horrible. She completely ignored me when I asked about my order. You will be wasting your time if you decide to go to this location.
Shout out to Joe at Panera at Woodward Corner! My wife and I unexpectedly had to go to the hospital so my wife could be induced and he totally calmed me down as I was getting our last meal before the birth of our first child.Thanks Joe!

Placed an online order for pick up after 7pm on a Monday. Two soups and half of a sandwich took nearly 40 minutes. I’ve been here multiple times out of convenience and they either always A.) forget the bread bowl or B.) are out of bread bowls at any given moment, which they never tell you about so you can request a refund or anything. Same thing happened tonight and they weren’t even going to tell us that they ran out of bread bowls. Thankfully my husband checked the bag and noticed before leaving. They couldn’t give a refund on the spot (?) so they took down my husband’s number. I’m sure they’ll call ? Got home to find out they gave us the wrong sandwich too.
