Wonderful food and great service..To begin, we shared both the crab cake appetizer and the mussels.. The broth for the mussels was so good, that we wanted to drink it as soup after we finished the mussels. The crab cakes were full of crab with like filler. For the main course we ordered the bouillibase. and the whitefish. Both were prepared perfectly. Delicious, well presented and good sized portions. Even though we had to take some of our entrees home, we still ordered dessert to split, the dark chocolate crème brûlée. So good- warm dark chocolate custard with a perfect caramelized sugar topping. The service was amazing. Attentive, pleasant and offered great suggestions. Even though the restaurant was packed, we never felt ignored. If you are looking for a casual seafood meal with top notch food and service, Streetside Seafood is a terrific choice.

Very unassuming spot to find quality seafood. Worth trying if you can find a table. Would go back.

My family and I have been to street side numerous times. The place has always been one of our favorites to grab some amazing seafood. The food always tastes amazing regardless of what you order. The servers are always super friendly and I love the outdoor seating and the restaurant layout.

Had a great meal here at Streetside. The staff was attentive and on point. The food was amazing. First time there, and we had a party of 6 with us. Everything was spectacular! Generous portions, and pricing was on point. Very excited to go back in the summer months and try other entrees.

The only bummer was they ran out of Perch and we were looking forward to a Perch lunch. Food was great though. Service was excellent.

I got Today's Chowder soup and the Walleye for an entree. The soup was too salty for my taste, and the entree lacked much flavor. For dessert, the bourbon walnut pie was the high point of the meal. Not my favorite place in Birmingham, but worth a try - maybe something else on the menu lives up to this place's high reviews.

The food is fabulous. We are never disappointed. The service is great too. You can't go wrong with the French onion soup, Caesar salad and the porcini rubbed ribeye with balsamic vinegar. We love the flourless chocolate cake and the coconut pie.

Well known place, great bartenders and waitstaff, but most of a variety of dishes for all the seafood lovers. Always busy but the staff know how to make sure all patrons are taken care of in a timely manner! I would definitely recommend this place for socializing in small spaces, dinners, parties (I did my bday pre party here one year) and just to grab a quick bite.

The food and atmosphere was great. They have an amazing wine list at a reasonable cost. The food was off the chart especially the claims. I was very happy with the meal and serviceS

The food was exceptional. I celebrated my birthday here and the ambiance was a perfect setting to fellowship and celebrate. The blackened salmon on lentils and spinach was delightful!

The bar, albeit small, is maintained by amazing bartenders who know their patrons well and take care of them as such. I wish SsS would take over Ellie's space and build out a larger bar and eatery. One can only dream. The food is not always the best in town, but the bread is to die for and the wine list solid.
