“A great place for celiacs. They are very aware of the gluten free protocol for health standards. Haven't had a reaction yet!Now, not a reflection on the restaurant, but the people driving through the parking lot to go to this establishment were just rude. No manners, no waiting to let people out for parking, blowing horn at others like they are late for surgery...so if you get a humanity scale on here...points off on my review ?Dietary restrictions: 3 regular family orders, chicken, fries, onion rings and burgers...all great. 2 celiac safe burgers and buns and broccoli as a side...also great! No reaction!“

“Last week my husband retired after 22 years of military service. His mother who lives in another state ordered an ice cream cake for him (they are one of his favorite desserts) for our small retirement celebration. She texted me when it was ready for pickup. I arrived to pick it up only to find out Brighton didn't have any cake under my name. I called her to find out what was happening, and it turned out she had ordered it from the wrong Dairy Queen. She ordered it at one in Wisconsin! The staff in Brighton came to the rescue, found and decorated a cake for my husband, and then wouldn't even let me pay for it! Their generosity meant my husband got his ice cream cake and we were cared for at an important moment in our lives. Thanks for your support of service members and veterans!“

“My family loves MOD Pizza, this was an easy choice for a stop on our road trip.The restaurant was clean and well stocked. However, the staff was annoyed when we asked for more cheese on our pizzas, none of them were given anywhere near a full scoop. When extra mushrooms were asked for the annoyance of staff was visible for all around us to see. We checked out and all was seeming to be okay, but then the staff never called our names for pizza like they did for those in line before us and after us. When we noticed, our pizzas were no longer hot which was a major annoyance.I hope this was just staff having a bad day, but we will never be back to this MOD pizza when we come through town.“

“It's a typical subway in most ways. I have been lucky perhaps in that the few employees I have dealt with have been really nice and professional. They were particularly nice to my kids on separate occasions which I appreciate.Parking: It has a fairly limited amount of spaces but the parking lot is only for the subway and the chiropractor next door.“

“We've ordered on the app here a few times now and it's always been ready and waiting for me at my chosen time and everything has always been as ordered. I've also stopped in here as well. I have to say that I'm saddened by how I've witnessed some customers being rude to the staff. The place does what it says, makes your sub fresh for you, so it takes extra time as they have to cut the meat and cheese and then assemble it. I've seen customers getting huffy/rude with the staff. They are there to do their job, not to deal with a tantrum that your having so RELAX. Try and enjoy life a bit and be kind! Anyway...The subs are good and thus we keep going back. The Italian with the cherry relish is great and so is the club! Soo good and always fresh!!“

“The Brighton, MI Arby's is pretty much fantastic.The orders are virtually always accurate. In the rare case there's an error, the staff is friendly and prompt in making it right. The staff is incredibly friendly.Something that others may find discouraging is the occasional wait time. However, in my experience, this occurs only when they are making something hot and fresh. We always comment how good it tastes.Vegetarian options: Try the veggie. “We had a graduation and order a week before. The staff was so friendly, I had no idea what I wanted to order, and they were patient and let me work through what I needed to order. When we picked up everything was correct, and we had no issues.Parking: Parking is in the back and was wide open, didnt have an issue with room.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot is a little bumpy but getttng in the store was good.Dietary restrictions: We had one person allergic to eggs they made sure everything was handle well.“

“Great Subway! They are super fast on the app orders, always ready and waiting by the time I get there and always accurate and clearly labeled. I like the overhaul with the real meat slicers vs the factory produced meat. Also I like the new paper packaging verses the old plastic bags that got filled with condensation.“

I ordered the Classic Italian, and my mom ordered a Philly Steak and Cheese. They both turned out great and were delicious.Good, quick service.
