I know Starbucks "purists" have a thing about locations inside of stores, but the Starbucks in Busch's is probably the best one in Canton in terms of consistency. I prefer this one to either of the Ford Road stand alone locations as those usually have long lines/waits, even when ordering ahead on the mobile app, and sometimes the drinks aren't always made right. Coffees are always well made, staff is always incredibly friendly.
The young lady spilled my venti white chocolate mocha due to the top not being one firm. She panicked for a few seconds, got what appeared to be a baby wipe off the counter, and cleaned up my cup of coffee. She then pressed firmly on the lid to make sure it was on correctly and handed it to me. I was extremely disappointed she didn't just make a new cup of coffee. I've had a few bad experiences at this place. I've had my customizations completely skipped multiple times in my drink and it not like it was complicated either. I would recommend avoiding this Starbucks.
