Ever since 2020, this Wendy's has gone downhill. The food is just fine. The service to get it is unacceptable.It's hard to blame the staff entirely, but the problem is a staffing issue. Over the last few years, the management must have decided to live with minimal staffing. Good service and the food was good. Always clean at this location as well which I like.Manager Katie and employees were helpful and friendly. Seems like there are more employees and operating much better than prior months.

I stopped by here. When I pulled up to the window, there was a male and female working together. They were really friendly with each other. So friendly with each other they couldn't do their job. All my food tasted like it had been sitting under a warmer. There wasn't anyone in line...and I still had to wait for my food. Maybe if the employees paid more attention to doing their jobs and not flirting with each other. I might not have wasted $12. I would suggest going to the McDonald's...read full review
