“I don't know why everyone rips this JJ's a new one, I've been here twice and never have an issue. I do mobile order pickup and it's ready on time and accurate. Sandwich was fine to me and if you're complaining about the skimpy amount of meat they give, that's for all locations as a whole. I'll still be coming here when I'm in the area. “Visited twice, once months ago and once today. Wow! What a great sub! Yeah I am not fond of a sub costing $15 like the giant italian does but wow is it worth it! I mean the staff politeness was awesome (including in store safety virus protocols)! Then the sub was over the top again. Freshest bread anywhere, perfect red tomatoes, crisp lettuce, fresh sliced meat, spices...just delicious! Again, the staff here was great! I wish I knew the name of the African American gentleman that greeted me and I think was in charge. I witnessed his door greetings to other customers and he really has that "personal touch" with people. I think I need to eat here at least 1-2 times a week for now on. My wife already told me we need to focus on them vrs the other alternative sub restaurants. I think she is right!“

“I made an order on doordash for pick up and send someone to pick it up for me. They couldn't make it and I had to get it myself, 2 hours later, 10 minutes before closing. I was told they got rid of it because it had been out for too long, and made a fresh sub for me. I was really pleased with the service and the food was delicious. Thank you ?“
