“New store, fresh look for a Tubbys. The owner is fully in the trenches with the other employees and seems to genuinely care about the integrity of the service and the food, by far the best location I have visited. Despite misinformation provided by other patrons the prices are comparable to most other locations and competitors and to be expected in the current market. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.“
“Love your sandwiches and I get them at least once a week! But so disappointed today :(. Drive to my normal location on hall and Hayes and found out they were closed for remodeling. So drove to Macomb location. I normally pay close attention while subs are made to correct issues but today I was getting pushed into paying before my subs were made. Sadly I got home and it was wrong :(. Ordered three subs total. 2 of three were not what was requested. ie wrong bread, missing mikes way dressing etc. one of the kids subs was completely smashed. it was obvious new employees were working and I’m not totally blaming them. Moving forward I will make sure I watch my sandwiches being made and wont get rushed to the register. I paid a lot for these sandwiches and expect to get what I ordered.“
“The workers here don’t get paid enough for the way they get treated. Almost everytime I’m in I see customers continuously being rude to them and I can only imagine how exhausting it is. I’ve never had any problems with the food here and to those acting like Subway is a five star restaurant I really ask that you remember that you’re talking to humans who have lives and priorities outside of work. You guys are always super sweet and I hope you have the best day.“

“I placed an online order at this location for pickup at 8:10. I ended up having an issue with an item on my order and returned to the store (within 10 minutes of close) and Nicole was the most helpful. Despite the time and closeness to closing the store, she helped me sort out the issue with the order and was very polite and patient while doing so! I’d definitely order from here again because of her.“
“I see that the ratings at this store are on the opposite ends....one or five. My crew was fast, and friendly. This unwich was and always is the best out of all the Jimmy John stores I go to. Wrapping tends to be my main complaint. Many other stores will have a lot of paper twisted in the middle and I have to rip or cut it out. This store doesn't do that.“
“I just had a steak bomb 6” for the first time and omg was it amazing. I highly recommend this place. I wish I would have gotten the footlong. Next time I’m getting 2 footlongs. Omg loved it 100% and the 2 gentleman were nice. Let’s get Kieth Lee to try this place out and get them some more customers ???“
“I wish I’d discovered this place when it opened almost 3 years ago. It has very cozy seating and Wi-Fi. It has every type of coffee you could want, smoothies made with fresh natural ingredients and all types of sandwiches. I’m going to enjoy coming often.“
“This place recently came under new ownership. The new owner is AMAZING. I've been a cook my entire life, and the freshness and cleanliness of this location are both impressive. Seriously, go in there and see for yourself. You'll be greated by the owner herself most of the time, and I promise that she will make sure that you are happy with your food. Plus she actually has the soup! Subway neeeever has the soup in stock.“
“One of my absolute favorite stops for breakfast or lunch. Their garden vegetable cream cheese is awesome and my go to 4th Street is enough food for two meals! And don’t get me started on their muffins - I love them all!! The sweetest owner and friendliest staff. Stop in, you won’t regret it (but your waistline might!)“
