I was a fan of the family that ran Golden Grill in Berkley and when I heard they moved up to Clawson to open Biscuits and Gravy I had to give the new place a shot. I went to Biscuits and Gravy with a friend on a Sunday morning and the place was packed! There was a understandable short wait for a table. Once seated our order was taken and arrived pretty quickly. The food was generously portioned and so good! The restaurant is very popular and is always full, but the turnover is pretty quick, so we only waited a few minutes for a table. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly and the chairs are more comfortable than most restaurants I’ve been in. They have a fairly extensive menu and everything sounding appetizing! Great breakfast and wonderful service. We had the coconut French toast and eggs Benedict. Both dishes came to the table nice and hot and oh so good! Even the breakfast potatoes were good! Get there early as it fills up fast. Will definitely be back!
