Went to the Starbucks in Fraser & there was a bit of a wait. I have a special needs child who isn't good with waiting lol, but the girl was so sweet! She even gave me a gift card for my next visit because I think she knew my son was having a rough time sitting on the car lol. I got my usual, venti iced decaf cinnamon dolce w/ almond milk. This was my first time at this location and I loved it. The employees were attentive and gracious. The Peppermint Mocha was delicious and brought me a month ahead to what will be a wonderful holiday season. It will be my new go to for now on.

Leila is a great employee and did an absolutely immaculate job on the phone. She answered my question without me even having to say a word. Having a psychic on your staff really helps with customer satisfaction!
