Whent here with a friend around 2-230...loved the place ( atmosphere) but we ordered two drinks got our drinks and they were just bad !!! Mine just tasted sour and bitter almost to much to swallow and my friend couldn't even sip hers without gagging hers wasn't even properly mixed and the cold foam on mine wasn't even foam more like just like a weird watery layer on top we ended up throwing our drinks away when we walked out .....was very disappointed ? there was two girls and an older gentlemen at the counter the lady with dark hair was nice but the other lady didn't even talk and and man didn't either....we waisted 17 bucks today

I'm a DAILY customer at this location and I question why every single day do I still choose this location. The drinks are never consistent and I place a mobile order! I don't know how much clearer you can be other then a written order (and time to prepare it). I've spoken on Several occasions to the workers on how I can order my drink so it comes out the same daily and that it's ACTUALLY filled to the top. They have no answer and just apologize every time and remake the drink. I do not want to wait or drive back for this all the time. With that said, that's exactly why I'm leaving this review. I've spoken to the actual business (something everyone always suggests doing first) already and no adjustments have been.I used to go to the Starbucks at Gratiot and Masonic rd. They actually get to know their daily customers. I'd pull up, they'd know my name and drink order! I truly felt the value of the drink and customer service there! Especially when you spend $7 a day there which is $217 a month!For reference I get a grande white mocha latte with no foam and whip cream. It's not anything custom.I also provided pictures of this daily problem in hopes they will adjust the training of crew members. Starbucks is a treat to some people, please make it worth their money.

My mom went two days ago to Starbucks ordered 2 coffees and got charged $82.51. She went there and they gave her a Starbucks agent number. I spend 20 minutes with the guy on the phone for him to tell me at the end "I sent your feedback ma'am" FEEDBACK??? are you kidding me??? Then I decided to call the store and explain the issue to the manager who was very nice to me but told me that she does not have access to transactions from 2 days ago!!!!!! Like really!? Then do I just have to accept the fact that I paid $41 for each coffee??? and what manager in the whole world would not be able to do anything about a transaction or a mistake that was made by one of their employees.

One of their employees drives up like a crazy person at 11am and then waits in their car blasting awful music in the back of the Meijer parking lot for 10 minutes while we all try to relax. Definitely going to find somewhere else to have my morning coffee.
