“Me and my family order from here all the time and they have amazing food. The food is amazing and the service is nice the atmosphere is about what you’d expect from a mexican restaurant. “stumbled upon Contessa Wine Cellars on a lovely Sunday winter day touring Michigan after staying in South Haven. A nice couple was walking out as my wife and I arrived and when we walked in we enjoyed a private hosting from Tony the owner himself! the BEST wine tasting experience we have ever had and we couldn't have appreciate Tony's knowledge, enthusiasm and attention to our family and fun any more!! He's incredible and so is the ambience, Marilyn Monroe collection and overall essence of the entire location!! Family owned and carried on and we plan on coming back on our next weekend adventure!! the best wine in Michigan and most certainly one of the coolest owners on earth! We took home 3 bottles for the memory!! Like Dino said "Memories are made of these!" Cheers!!“

“We were traveling up M63 and saw the sign for vegan plant-based. We turned around and found a little farmers market stand in from of the restaurant. This pop-up sale is on Saturday during the summer. The amazing chef had carry out food prepared. We got empanadas & quac, pizza roll, breakfast burrito, scone, and a mixed berry & creme trifle. All the food was VERY good, but the trifle was INCREDIBLE!! I would go out of my way to eat this food again!!!“

“3 in our group, 2 of us got burgers with tater tots, 1 of the orders of tots and the other got the Italian beef with onion rings. All the food was fresh and hot and not greasy at all. 2 of us also ordered shake 1 banana and 1 hot fudge. The shake were good with the right amount of hot fudge and the right amount of bananas.“

“A nice little quiet diner tucked away. It's super easy to order. Nice amount of toppings with the right amount of sauce. I just ordered a double pepperoni pizza. The crust was good, and the right amount of chew to the dough. I personally would have liked the dough to be cooked just a little bit longer and maybe some garlic butter on the crust. but that is a personal preference. I definitely will be trying one of their sandwiches. But a definitely go back for pizza for sure.“

“Great dive bar with plenty of seating, good service & cold drinks that the servers keep coming! You can tell it is filled with regulars when you walk in but even us non regulars are welcomed! My hubby & I did not eat cause we had full bellies but OMG we went on a Thursday which is Primerib night & it looked delish ( my hubby's mouth was watering). We will definitely being going back to try the Prime Rib. I love this bar! Do urself a favor & stop on Chief's u will not be sorry.“

I may have moved away, but whenever I find myself back in town I make sure to always pop by SLBC for a cold craft beer and maybe some nachos. I do miss when they sold local hot sauce though. So if you guys are reading this, please bring back the local hot sauce for old times sake??“

“Nice atmosphere, we went for the tractor pull tour of the vineyard ( beautiful), a wedding was taking place. Sweet wines were better than the dry wines. Friendly. Nice view of the property from inside ( lots of glass to look out of). Only 5 tastes , some places give you 6+....“

“I'm giving them a 5 star rating. The food was phenomenal, the best Philly cheesesteak I've had in 20 years. My fiancee had the nachos Supreme, and they were delicious as well. Portion size was more than we expected. The service was awesome too. It took a little longer than some other places to get the meals out to us, but when they did, I could see why. I have personally rated this place a Gem ? !! Well worth a stop.“

“It was our first time there and we enjoyed it. Their sauce is made in house. I had Lasagna and I really loved it. I believe on Tuesdays they have a $4 Alfredo, spaghetti and I believe the other was Mostacoli. We will go back again. They also have a salad bar which is fresh. They don't open till 4pm. I don't recall if that is the weekend as well, but you can easily find out.Parking: It is right at the restaurant, very convenient.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is a ramp up. So it is easily accessible to all.“

“Husband and I stopped in for dinner. It was a block away from the cabin we stayed in for the wknd. Husband got the prime rib was surprised of how good the food was and the amount of sides. I had the perch and I definitely would order it again. Fries are seasoned which I wasn’t expecting. So if you don’t like seasoning I’d ask for them not to add it. They had music bingo which was a nice surprise. Had such a GREAT time. We will definitely come again when in town.“

“We visited here for a Mom/Daughter night out. We ordered some appetizers, and she got a burger. I tried the new Oriental style tacos, and they were very good, but extremely spicy for me. But I did manage to eat two of them adding sour cream to it which helped take some of the burn away LOL and I took them home leftovers for my son-in-law who also loved them. When the pretzel sticks got to the table our first reaction was we thought they were slightly burnt. But when we took a bite into them oh my gosh they were delicious beyond delicious. They weren't even burnt that was just the color that they normally are supposed to apparently. I would say all in all between the food and our waitress who was very bubbly very happy and took very good care of us while we were there ensuring that our drinks were always full (Ice water and Cola) and checking up on us to make sure that our meals were prepared the way we had expected them. I would say over all this was a great Applebee's experience, we would recommend them, and we will definitely come back again. ?“

“Husband and I went to Lakeview Inn Saturday late afternoon and had the deep fried mushrooms and onion rings. Both items were very good and the Bloody Mary was excellent!!! Ordered a small meat lovers pizza to take home and we're very impressed how good it was as well. It was awesome and will definitely return. That Bloody Mary though!! Must return for one of those!!! “A small pretty aged building, located downtown. The parking lot is small and there is plenty of seating for about 30. They do deliver, pick-up, and there is a drive through. While I sat in on a Friday, there was plenty of traffic through. The pizza is highly recommended and the crust is amazing. “I think I’ve visited Arclight maybe 3-4 times now, and they’ve always been a comfortable place with solid brews. This time I enjoyed a few drinks out on their patio (front and back) during a late summer evening. It was very nice and relaxing. There are bocce ball courts in the back, and I’d really like to try it some day. Arclight is definitely one of my go-to spots in this section of Michigan.“

So, when we take the kids and grandkids, everyone finds something that they really want. The food tastes great, and without exception, prepared properly. My current favorite continues to be the blackened salmon, although I have a half- dozen go-to favorites, including their burders! “We come here often. Easy to get in and out and good food....new review.. Went for dinner today. It was not good. Perch was overcooked in my order. It was literally tough. Granddaughter had the clams.. and we also had okra. If you weren't looking you would not know which one you were eating. They tasted the same. I hope this was just a one time coincidence. “Customer service at this restaurant is unmatched. Very friendly and attentive staff. Although there is no dine in option the shrimp fried rice is good. I added soy sauce and hot chili oil to kick up the spice. Plenty shrimp in each bite. I will definitely return to try the egg fu young.“
