I ordered the Thai chicken wrap, and once they delivered it I noticed the wrap was extremely light. I thought they gave me the wrong order at first. When I unwrapped it, it was the “Thai chicken wrap” but there was hardly anything in it. Plus no chicken whatsoever. I called Jimmy Johns right away - gearing up for a possible battle. Our food was ready before I received an order confirmation on my phone! Our order had add ons and everything was completed perfect. Fresh food and Great Service will definitely be back

Freaky fast? Not for me. I ordered at 1:58. Order arrived at 2:27. I called because it seemed odd it would take that long & was told “oh weird, I can tell you it won’t take that long.” When I called after the delivery I was told “oh uh, we got stacked up with deliveries.” At 2pm? Doubt it. If I were able to break away from work to pick up, would’ve taken a whole 10min. Thanks for the inconvenience.
