Freaky fast? Not for me. I ordered at 1:58. Order arrived at 2:27. I called because it seemed odd it would take that long & was told “oh weird, I can tell you it won’t take that long.” When I called after the delivery I was told “oh uh, we got stacked up with deliveries.” At 2pm? Doubt it. If I were able to break away from work to pick up, would’ve taken a whole 10min. Thanks for the inconvenience.

Ordered Jimmy John’s today from davison location. It took 49 mins to get it to us. We even called them back and asked where they were and they said they should be here. Mind you we are working just 5 mins down the road. My boyfriend thinks they just forgot about it and it’s been sitting at the store. Very disappointing.

I ordered the Thai chicken wrap, and once they delivered it I noticed the wrap was extremely light. I thought they gave me the wrong order at first. When I unwrapped it, it was the “Thai chicken wrap” but there was hardly anything in it. Plus no chicken whatsoever. I called Jimmy Johns right away - gearing up for a possible battle. I spoke to the manager explaining what just happened. Without hesitation this awesome person apologized and was happy to send me a new one. Mistakes happen, I get it. But good customers is rare.

I hadn't ordered from this location since May of 2022 because it took over an hour the last time. I decided to give it another shot today. Ordered the Caprese Salami Pesto. It was bland and mushy. I threw it out after a couple of bites. The order took 37 minutes to arrive, which is definitely not "freaky fast". The driver was very nice, which is the only reason this location received even one star.Additional note-Last May, when I shared my feedback at the link they provide, I got zero response from a single person at the Davison location. I will not be sharing feedback this time.

Love Jimmy johns, the staff here was great, so sweet! Very clean! Lettuce wrap (unwich) was a little sloppily made than normal, but it was still yummy!
