Great food authentic prep Fabulous Service Ambience was authentic 1850 We attended Holiday Nights at Greenfield Village and walked the Village to see all the decorations. Volunteers and docents told the story of Christmas in the 19th Century
#EagleTavern located in #GreenFieldVillage is a unique place to bend an elbow at the bar or enjoy a traditional inspired meal in their eating area. The servers and help staff wear period clothing, mid 19th Century like the tavern, and are very friendly and helpful in their service. I have come for dinner here the last 2 years for both Halloween Weekends and Holiday Nights (aka in October and December). Both events are so much fun. The staff of Eagle Tavern does a good job of getting us all into the atmosphere of the Tavern and what we would've expected in the 1850s as far as food and service goes.
