Not sure what's happening, but I went through the drive-thru today and got my food quickly, the staff was friendly and best of all the food was actually HOT! Not sure if this is a fluke.... but I like it!
I do frequent this BK over others, however the floor is always something to be careful walking on, because every step is slippery (from greace I think). Service & food are great, even sitting in, is quiet & peaceful. I just think they may need a different greace cutting floor cleaner ?♀️

we went up to get a whopper customized meal, a chicken bacon swiss and a whopper jr no onion, no mayo. the halfsies and fries we got were old. the onion rings especially looked like they were dropped an hour ago. most likely redropped them. they got the whopper right, forgot to give us the swiss and failed to listen to the no onion, no mayo part.. we go back up to have these mistakes fixed, we received the swiss and they remade the whopper jr.... but yet again there are onions...read full review
