Without exaggeration, I can say that this is by far the best coffee I've had in America.They(boldly and unashamedly) serve incredible alternative processed coffees, and if you're into coffee, you are in for a tasty that very few places in the world can offer. Incredible specialty coffee! By far the best and most interesting coffee I’ve had in the US. They offer coffees that were processed using uncommon methods, which makes the flavor very tangy/acidic. I really enjoyed the coffee but do wish they had at least one house latte option for those of us who enjoy that sort of thing. I did try their mocha and chai and thought they were nice. If you want the worlds best coffee this is where you should go. (No seriously) Anthology Coffee is a really great place. Its has a chill vibe, covered in plants, outdoor seating, its really cool. The Coffee is amazing. They roast it right there in the cafe and get it from small farmers all over the world who don't use any pesticides or GMO's.
