“Having been to Le Supréme multiple times in the last month (I've now had; brunch, and dinner service) I can say it's easily one of my favorite spots. My first time walking in the space I was amazed at all the attention to detail. It's an impeccably Parisian bistro with dark hardwood, and cosy booths. Servers float through the dining room in white shirts and ties, they're friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging.The food leaves nothing lacking, from perfectly poached eggs with hollandaise at brunch to the punchy yet creamy Filet au Poivre. Something as simple and classic as Bistro-fare isn't as simple to execute so perfectly each time and yet here we are. For those looking for a real showstopper do not miss the seafood tower! With food like this, and a really well curated wine glass and bottle list, I'm going to be coming back as often as I can!”

I stopped in at lunchtime, so it was a 45 minute wait- and totally worth it!! It's a casual spot with many options & many customers.There's a small lot and street parking.”

“Outstanding food, great service, extremely cozy (maybe 2 dozen seats?). Started with a variety of oysters (the housemade kimchi was excellent), followed by tinned tuna belly with their housemade briny jardiniere, ending with maybe the best lobster roll I've ever had (no mayo, some chili oil heat) and perfectly prepared broccolini. The broccolini was actually on the tasting menu but they were generous enough to make it as a standalone side for us because we wanted to experience enough other things. Can't say enough good things about our dinner. Cocktails and dessert were really good too, though the dinner was on a level above.”

“We came here for our anniversary and had a good experience. I loved the staycation cocktail, the calamari and the the sea scallops were the best I’ve ever had. Sadly the lamb appetizer was over cooked and the prime rib was chewy. Not great. It was also served with burnt hummus. Our waitress was good to me but seemed irritated with us that the steak wasn’t great. We won’t be rushing back any time soon. But we love Detroit and trying new restaurants.”

“Cannot go to bed tonight without writing this review first. Sat at the bar and service was impeccable. Bartender/waitstaff really knew the menu well. Ordered the trout, beet salad, and gnocchi all of which were flavorful and texturally perfect. For dessert, ordered the upside down carrot cake and pavlova. Ate every last bite even though we were already full. We will be coming back and bringing friends!”

Will try again in the future and ask for light seasoning and for them to leave my steak unsliced to avoid it over cooking the interior on the hot plate its served on.”

I was later approached bye a young lady and was told we had to spend at least 200 dollars for drinks and we were only at 80 dollars! Then I was told! She thought we booked online! “Great selection on NY style pizza, pizza and delicious appetizers. We built our own halal pepperoni pizza and had bruschetta. They offer halal pepperoni and halal chicken. Bruschetta was delicious but pizza was a bit too greasy but the taste was really good. Our waiter was really nice and tried hard to cheer us up after a long weekday.”

“Oh MAN Rocco's is the place I have searched for in vain until last year when I tried them for the first time. Since that first meatball sub I have had almost every sandwich on the menu and so far not one has disappointed! Today I had the Corner Deli and was transported to Italian paradiso! In case you non-Italians did not know, ciabatta is the Italian baguette and Rocco's bakes many fresh loaves several times per day! Usually it is still warm from the oven even if you get a cold sandwich! There is no better sandwich bread in my progenic-Italian opinion! They are in Midtown on Cass just East of Mack. Try them if you have yet to do so. You will thank the gods!”

I really enjoy the unique Thai Classics at Bangkok 96 and the fresh made ice cream that they have. Older people work here so the service is around medium but they don't take very long and their manners make up for it. not enough sitting space though, so I wouldn't invite a whole family or whatnot, dulys is small on the inside as well. but overall it is a fantastic place to eatParking: I'll say there's 10 parking spots in the lot across from dulys, there should be a taco truck in it as well, that's where me and my family usually park at when eating at dulys, you would just have to cross the street of course. and if you're lucky usually around the morning time dulys street parking isn't that bad so you can park closer !!Kid-friendliness: they're really nice with kids, I've seen a lot of youth dine in at dulys, and the employees love kids !!.Wheelchair accessibility: for dulys it's already on a flat area no stairs no catch, so if you're in a wheelchair or whatnot don't worry you can roll right in here with no problem”

Pie-Sci is in the top 2 of all the pizza places we've had. it makes me sad that they are 3 hours away but it will become a must stop when we are near.”

The tables are nicely spaced so you are never too close to your fellow diners. Antonio was our waiter and the service was excellent - half empty glasses immediately refilled and dirty dishes quickly removed. Antonio prepared a table side Caesar salad that was both light and delicious. I had scallops and my wife had chicken Scallopini. The scallops were perfectly cooked and my wife said it was the best chicken she remembers eating. For desert my wife had a chocolate torte that was otherworldly. Just a fantastic dinner. Unbeknownst to us, a jazz trio plays on Saturday evenings - a piano, stand up bass and drum. They were excellent and the music truly elevated the experience. We stayed an extra 20 minutes just listening to the trio. All the way home we talked about how wonderful our evening had been. Great food, fantastic service, elegant room, soulful jazz and a warm, comfortable ambience = exceptional evening. My new favorite restaurant.”

“We ate at Basan Detroit on a Saturday evening (we were among the first to arrive at 4pm). Overall, we had a positive experience. The cocktails and food were creative, and intriguing to our taste buds. We highly recommend and will come back again to try other menu items. Below is additional details of our dining experience. Place: New and at a great location. It's next to the Little Caesars Arena. We were worried about parking because of the hockey games, but because we arrived early we were able to find an inexpensive metered street parking (otherwise park at the garage or use valet). The interior is spacious, modern and elegant. Chairs are comfortable and there's adequate lighting. Services: Excellent. Our server was friendly and the restaurant staff made sure our glasses of water are always refilled and empty dishes were quickly taken away. Cocktails: Although I am usually a whiskey or bourbon person, the cocktails are creative and full of flavor. Ube-B was an interesting mix of vodka, berry, and crispy taste of black sesame, but delicious. Food: Flavorful and fulfilling. We walked away feeling like we were in heaven. We enjoyed all of our choices and definitely will come back again. Quick Review of our Choices: Cocktails: Baba Baba Old Fashioned (whiskey) - great mix for an old fashioned, just how I would like to enjoy it. Night City (bourbon) - little stronger than old fashioned, but perfect. Ube-Be (vodka) - an interesting mix of vodka, berry, and crispy taste of black sesame, but delicious. Swimming Bird (shochu - Japanese liquor)- First time I had shochu. The mix reminds me of lime sprite. I would enjoy having it again. Buns: Lobster- I did not try it, but looks appetizing. Fried Oyster- creamy with kimchi heat. Love it. Chicken Kastu- delectable, especially with curry. My favorite. Small: Chicken Liver Mousse- milk bread was crispy, and the chicken liver mouse was delicious (a bit chilled, but yummy nonetheless). Our favorite, we would have it again. Tornado Potato- great spiral potato, kinda like crispy chips with sauce. Gyoza- savory lamb stuffed gyoza and sweet potato puree, delightful combo. Large: Udon - creamy dish of noodles with eggs, there's a heat aftertaste, mild but delicious. Kalbi Short Ribs- appetizing and flavorable. Dessert: Tofu Donuts- we were hesitating because we are not a fan of Tofu, but this dessert surprised us. Taste just like cinnamon sugar Donuts. Careful, allow it to cool down to enjoy it. Soft Serve- vanilla soft serve in ginger waffle, ginger candies, and marshmallow, an interesting combo, but delicious and sweet.”

Top this off with an immaculate vibe, and you've got the makings of, well, a standby. I've come with family to celebrate birthdays, with friends to toast to a promotion, with my husband for an intimate date night, and solo when I just wanted to treat myself. Because of the seasonal menu rotations, there is always something new and interesting to sip or bite. A constant cocktail on the menu that I highly recommend is called the Snake in the Grass. But the best cocktail I had here was called the Black Beretta and was made with clementine sherbet and black sesame - outstanding! I also love that they have a rotating "break-even bottle" - where you can get a taste of typically pricey pours of whiskey, tequila, etc. for just as much money as it costs for them to break even on the bottle.”

“First off, Cuisine's cuisine is outstanding. This was our first time here and we will certainly return just NOT on a night where there is an event at the Fisher Theatre (we did have tickets). And it's not about the limited menu (I get that and we had excellent selections to choose from), it's just that it all seemed way too rushed. Maybe that's management's way of making sure no one missed the event opening, which is understandable (our event had a 25 minute seating delay if you missed the opening), but we booked our reservation at 2 hours and 15 minutes prior to start time so as not to have to worry about being rushed. I also thought (incorrectly) that booking so early we might get access to the full menu (nope). And I didn't get the sense that they were trying to turn our table to get another party in. The whole vibe just seemed a bit frantic. So if you don't mind feeling rushed, do go here on an event night. However, if the rest of the menu is as wonderful as the limited pre-fix, I'd highly recommend going when the Fisher is dark.”

Preparation was traditional with just the right amount of pickles, but could have used a bit more bbq sauce. The sandwich paired well with the Bees Knees draft. A slightly hoppy open with a hint of berry sweetness. A Bell's Oberon feel with berry in place of citrus. Finally, Chris was an attentive server that was kind and courteous. A recommended spot with a great ambiance and adequate menu.”

My steak came and it was what I would term Pittsburgh style, nicely crisp on the outside but utterly raw on the inside. I don’t like to send things back but at 117 bucks I had to. It came back more done but it was terrible. Very chewy and not very tasty. I was pretty disappointed. However the worst was yet to come. When I called for my check, the waitress had automatically put a 20% tip on my check! I can see if we were a party of six or more to automatically add this but for a family of four? I normally tip slightly more for outstanding service but to simply add it without notice, I thought it was pretty inappropriate. All in all, for a tab that was north of $700 before tip, it was a pretty disappointing dinner. I am not sure if I will go back.”

Started with a variety of oysters (the housemade kimchi was excellent), followed by tinned tuna belly with their housemade briny jardiniere, ending with maybe the best lobster roll I've ever had (no mayo, some chili oil heat) and perfectly prepared broccolini. The broccolini was actually on the tasting menu but they were generous enough to make it as a standalone side for us because we wanted to experience enough other things. Can't say enough good things about our dinner. Cocktails and dessert were really good too, though the dinner was on a level above.”

There was so much corned beef it was absolutely fantastic! I am not a big pancake person but their panaceas were light and just delicious as well. Best pancake and corned beef hash I've ever had. Portions were big, I couldn't finish it all. My buddy had the berry berry stuffed French toast, he raved about it as well. Price was reasonable, service was quick, absolutely will head back again.
