My waitress, Clara H., was very polite when I called to make a quick reservation for my sister and me before our flight. The experience went smoothly, as Clara made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us to see if we needed anything else. We both enjoyed our food, especially the IHOP buttermilk pancakes. Thank you, Clara H., for your excellent service.
The hostess was impatient and unfriendly which kind of messes up the experience plus the server served us lukewarm coffee at IHOP which is supposed to specialist in breakfast food and drinks. The restaurant was clean just needed better staff.
