My time for pick up was set as 11-15, but I got the alert that my order was ready at 10:40. Okay… thanks! Hope my mayo-based potato salad is okay sitting on a shelf for 30 minutes. Also, asked for my sandwich to be cut in half and it wasn’t… no big deal but the list of services available is hella short so don’t offer the three options available if y’all don’t want to do them.Parking: Better to walk, paid parking of course“
“Ordered 45 minutes ago and still not here. Called the store and they said it was on the way but that was 10 minutes ago. Can't wait to get my super soggy sandwich.Edit: received wrong sandwich but when I called, their customer service was awesome and they delivered the correct sandwich quickly. And it was damn good.“
“They are always very nice when I go to pick up my order. I like the option of paying in cash for an order when I pick it up because I prefer using that payment method. I am very picky, customize my sandwich which is complicated at times & every time they have gotten it correct. Very close to my office. Maybe 1/2 block walk so love the convenience as well.“
