I love purchasing cakes from this bakery! I’ve tried so many bakeries throughout southwest Detroit and this has met my expectations. I’ve been a consistent customer to La Rosa for years and I’d continue. Thank you wonderful ladies for all the hard work you put into making the best pastries.
Nice little corner bakery. I've had cookies and apple fritters and I've seen their donuts and other things. Nothing super fancy but extremely reasonable prices. Less variety of frou frou stuff then say Avalon, but what they have is a fraction of the price. Five stars for what it is! I would be tempted to say four stars but with the star inflation, four stars is a negative and I would not mean it that way.
They have done Supreme proud while putting their own expertise into play. They made my dad who's 81 very happy when I was able to bring him the same bread he used to eat 50 years ago as a kid from Supreme. I'll be back.
