This is one of the WORST MCD. I placed a mobile order and did curbside since I had time to wait. I watched them help 60 cars in drive thru meanwhile no food. Tried calling but getting them to answer is a joke so I pulled up to the window. They went to hand me the guy behind me order I told them I just want my order I did 30mins ago. I feel even though McDonalds is fast food, All fast foods still should & can be ~HOT~!!!. On the visit to this McDonalds, my fish sandwich was actually hot and cooked to order. However, the fries were not!, reason for 3 stars. The service was Slow/Confusing & Unorganized. Orders were mixed up and customers were waiting and starting to complain. I'm always impressed how fast the drive thru is here. The people working here are always pleasant too. I don't recall my order ever getting messed up at this location either. A lot of other McD's need to study this place to see how to do it right.
