Funky attitudes, and then have the nerve to completely ignore you if you happen to ask them anything THEY feel is confrontional.People have no people skills nor communication skills nowadays all they seem to know is texting. So sad. It starts at the top and trickles down.
The person working was very nice, however this particular store always has a problem with the Frappe machine. So during the early part of the day it's working but the evening is the same. The machine is down is what they say but the other night the employee just told the truth. She said it's supposed to be cleaned after a certain time and it's not getting cleaned until the morning. I went this early Saturday morning. The hash browns were soggy and the sandwiches were dry. I asked for jely to which I was told they didn't have any (after I had made my purchase). The service was good but the food was bad. I want to go one time and everything is great.
