Awesome old school meat market. Go during the week to do your grocery shopping or go on Saturday to check out the fun weekend frenzy.Their thick-cut bacon is unmatched. Blows grocery store bacon out of the water. Ditto on boutique butcher store bacon when you see the price.

What a damn fine meat counter at Gratiot Central Market just across from eastern market They're the home of the best bacon I've ever had, thick and cooked up extra crispy.Will be back soon
