i usually have food delivered from here by doordash, but i decided to stop by and dine in instead. the restaurant was very clean, with a relaxing atmosphere. the sopa azteca was amazing! the flavor was spicy and savory, with the right amount of complexity. great dine in experience, on top of all of my doordash orders always being perfect. the cochinita pibil is my favorite thing to have delivered.
So I’m going to start off my 5-Star review with a “complaint” - I came here and wanted a torta, but they didn’t have any on the menu con camarón. So I asked the waitress if they’d make one for me and they did. So what was the problem? The torta de camarón was off-menu… AND IT WAS THE BEST TORTA I’VE HAD IN 10 YEARS!!! I ordered through door dash, 20 minutes away, and the food arrived hot and fresh! Mild red sauce was a little salty, but the hot sauce was on point! The rice was good, the Mexican potatoes were delicious! The steak tacos and burritos were delicious as well as the tostada's! I will definitely order from here again!
