They're super friendly and always happy to chat. Oh, and the café itself is just so cozy and welcoming - the perfect place to spend some time unwinding with your favorite drink. “A good Starbucks location for grab-and-go coffee. While the seating options are limited, this appears to be by design to manage such a high traffic location. Staff was friendly and the drink turnaround time was on par with other locations. Centrally located near Campus Martius and would gladly grab coffee at this location again.“
“I place a mobile order a few times a week. I have been coming here since 2019. I always order the same thing. My food and coffee are always fine. I've only had a few minor issues and they were always resolved immediately. The staff is always friendly. It's always clean inside.“

“Today I went to Starbuck on the campus of my university. When I selected my drink, I paid and got my drink at the counter. After a few minutes later, the staff brought me drinks. Unfortunately, I didn't hold it tightly and dropped it onto the floor. At that time, I really felt guilty because I messed everything up. Immediately, I apologized to the staff at the counter. However, the staff said:“

They open super early which is great because we arrived at 6am for our flight and needed a little boost hahah... the line was pretty Ling but for sure kinda expected that. So besides the wait everything was really good. There are also a few more Starbucks spread throughout the airport.“
“They were super friendly, very joyful and helpful, they opened way before 5am to accommodate dozens of early flyers!Coffee was hot and made accordingly.The wait time was reasonable, only two people to serve a horde of passengers ... we had about ten people ahead of us and were served in less than 10min.“

“I come to this location a lot because it’s the closest one to my house that has easy parking. The 15 minute parking outside is convenient compared to Kennedy square location that doesn’t have parking more for folks walking about. My drinks are always correct and delicious and the door men are nice and always open the door for you. I like this location best of the 3 downtown that are easily accessible. The Marquette one seems to be out of stuff I like often. The spiced apple oat milk frappe is delicious highly Recommend!“
