So glad I found this place! I’ve found the seafood to be a better quality and freshness with a lower price than the local markets. The Scottish salmon is so buttery. Their house made crab cakes are packed with real crab. Scallops are dry packed so don’t have to worry about sand. And the best part is Katie! She goes above and beyond. Whether it’s recipe tips, knowledge on a fish you have yet to try or bringing your order out to your car it’s amazing customer service.
All I can share at the moment is how easy and comprehensible it was to order lobster tails from the Lobster Pot online. When I went to pick up my order, I could see that it would have been just as easy in person. I was surprised that I didn't need to pay for my order until I picked it up, but I realize now that the weight may be +/- an ounce or so, which explains that. The only thing better than the owners and employees is the product! Always fresh Seafood and Shellfish. The building has character. The neighborhood while it has seen better days, is captivating and charming. The entire staff understands the bigger calling of keeping the area inhabited their loyalty to the location is part of their DNA.I always enjoy a quick visit to shop there and I have total confidence in the product quality and freshness.
